Asylum seekers given wheels to explore new city through Good Wheel Project

ASYLUM seekers are seeing a whole new side of Melbourne after being given free bikes and training in maintenance and safety.

About a dozen asylum seekers from Iran, Afghanistan, Myanmar and Ethiopia received bikes, helmets, lights and locks as part of the Good Wheel Project, which is a collaboration betweenAMES, The Squeaky Wheel, Good Cycles and Melbourne Council.
