AMES welcomed Victorian Shadow Minister for Higher Education Mr Steve Herbert to our Flagstaff site last week.

Mr Herbert visited the employment, education and settlement services areas and spoke to students and staff.

He engaged especially with the students who articulated their hopes and career ambitions.

The visit was part of AMES strategy to engage with governments and decision makers to make them aware of the work AMES does and to discuss ways to improve outcomes for our clients.

Thanks to all staff who helped set up the visit, allowing us to show AMES at its very best, clearly demonstrating our ability to provide a seamless range of inter-related services and to deliver our contracted programs efficiently and cost effectively.
