Shout Out youth program helps Broadmeadows Sudanese migrant connect with community

ELGAILI Mangati has struggled to “fit in” since arriving in Australia as a refugee from Sudan almost 10 years ago.
It took a Centre for Multicultural Youth program to help the Broadmeadows 25-year-old to finally feel at home.
